We had a handover every morning, where we talked about every patient: why they are in the facility, what the recovery plan is, do they require occupational therapy, are they medically qualified to see us, and many more. Below is an analysis of a patient’s episode of care for posttraumatic stress disorder, conducted by a junior learner.
