In implementing the proposed changes, the Lewin’s change management model would be of use as it will guide the process of change implementation. The model has several steps of change implementation, which include unfreezing current practices, implementation of interventions, and refreezing of new behaviors (Hussain et al., 2018). Through this model, the organization will foster buy-in from stakeholders and ensure successful implementation of the proposed change. At the same time, transformational leadership will be employed to inspire and empower the team members, foster collaboration, innovation, and enhance commitment towards achieving the project goals. The interdisciplinary team consists of nursing supervisors, IT specialists, human resource staff, and frontline nursing staff.
