Search strategy summary (4 points):
The literature search was conducted on various databases, including CINAHL Plus, Embase, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Scopus, and PsycINFO. These databases were preferred since they provide nurse researchers with highly-reliable and credible evidence. The search process was guided by keywords, including family nurse practitioner, prevention, and pulmonary diseases. Only peer-reviewed journal articles were considered for the study since they provide researchers with credible information. The preferred sources were written in English and published within the last five years. English was preferred since it is easier for the researchers to understand it. Additionally, being published within the last five years ensure that the sources provided recent and applicable evidence.
