The health of uninsured individuals is greatly affected by social, distributive, and market justice. Social justice refers to a concern for the equitable gauging of burdens and benefits in society. Market justice hypothesizes that individuals have entitlement only to those services and goods that they obtain according to the principles of entitlement.
