  1. Relationship Building: My number one strength, being a Relator, means that I am a people person and own the role of creating essential friendships. Thus, they believe that developing mutual trust is central to forming and sustaining positive working relationships and, therefore, leadership (Comer et al., 2019).
  2. Fairness: Another value is consistency, which refers to the right style in enforcing different organizational policies and standards. This is so because deep down in my heart, I respect equal rights for everyone and should be treated as such with respect and fairness. This value ensures that one member of a particular team does not despise or neglect another member, and their input and contributions are respected.

Strengths

  1. Relator: This strength enables me to have close-knit, trusting relationships with a team. It makes me wiser because it aids in identifying their requirements and, by extension, their rationale behind going about things a certain way, thereby making them more focused and coordinated (Gemeda & Lee, 2020).

Characteristics to Strengthen

  1. Assertiveness: I believe that my ability to boost the Harmony category is beneficial for keeping the employees’ conflict level low. On the other hand, I need to develop my Assertiveness skills. I should be more assertive to confront issues rather than avoid them and remain able to make decisions that are right for me, even if they may cause a bit of disharmony (Richard et al., 2023).
  2. Risk-Taking: Due to high Deliberative traits, I know that I am likely to take time before deciding; hence, I would like to develop traits that will make me more willing to take risks, but at the same time, I want to be very cautious.
