Depression Screening Tool: PHQ-9
Please support this following with source
PHQ-9 Tool & Score Interpretation
The score interpretation was not there. The idea was to have the Phq9 Tool on one side and table interpretating the scores on another side just like in the picture I sent you; it is not visible but I sent you an idea in the assignment instruction. Please check it out. Importance of Depression Screening Assignment Paper
Role of Primary Care Staff in PHQ-9 Screening
It was said in the assignment instructions to ensure all the questions in the pre/posttest are included in the PowerPoint presentation. This is where you can mention about this following question. It was also written in the picture I sent you, the specific role of each one of them. Please add the role
Important Considerations for Adolescent Depression Screening
Please add to this section:
Based on results discussed appropriate plan of care with patient
Consider whether there in a need to screen adolescent privately (parent not being there)
Consider a translator for those who might need it for the depression screening
Please can you make box or diagram or a sort of design for this section just like the way it was done in the picture I sent with the assignment instruction
Overall, please consider whether you can make the slide bigger the font size big and everything appearing little bigger Importance of Depression Screening Assignment Paper
Please don’t forget to update references list as you will add new ones
If you can put a picture somewhere it will be nice, just think of a way to make it more attractive. That is why I was suggesting a table or have a design for the symptoms and also for the considerations if you can have sort of diagram. Please anything you can think of or do to make it look nicer is welcome.
I am believing that you are the one who also completed the IRB instruction worksheet. I paid extra so it can be assigned to you and I saw the same ID number but I am noticing discrepancies between the assignment in regards to the pre/posttest question and information on the slide and some information on the test questions I have attached to the IRB worksheet are not included in the presentation. The prevalence rate of depression among adolescents on the slide is different from the percentage put on the test question. Please check and make sure about the correct ones
Please update this answer above on the slide, the one in bold is not mentioned on the slide
Please update all these followings questions answers on the slide, all the answers in the pretest/posttest should be included in the PowerPoint presentation. These following are some of the pre/posttest questions you put on the IRB worksheet that are not included in the presentation. Please update presentation accordingly.
I truly appreciate your support.
God Bless You!
Assignment instructions.
Thank you so much for your continuous support on this project. I noticed you uploaded an assignment but I saw that same assignment on another order so I am guessing it is a wrong assignment here. Please forgive me I did not attach the assignment instruction. You can take your time to complete this assignment if you need additional 2 days, same thing for the IRB worksheet if you need more time. You will need to review the pre/posttest questions attached to the IRB order to assist with some key content that need to be on PowerPoint presentation.
Please see bellow instructions:
This assignment will be the PowerPoint presentation that will be used for the project to educate participants and I will have to submit it with the IRB worksheet.
Please cover all contents, it might be more than the slides I put on the order but please just help me.
You can change or rephrase headings of slide but see below in bold topics to cover
Project objectives
Please see attached photo 1 and 2 to get an idea and based on the topics below you can enumerate the learnings objectives on this slide

Please keep in mind that the focus should be on adolescents. You can briefly define Depression to begin with, please insert here Depression is linked to suicide, also insert that depression can be misdiagnosed in teens and support with source.

Please support the symptoms also with good sources, this is just random google search. See ideas below, you can present it in 2 categories like they did, it might be nice to have a table here for the symptoms like one colon for emotional signs/sym and the other one for behavioral signs/symp. However, I am fine with whichever way

PHQ-9 Tool & PHQ9 Scores
Please see attached photo 8, I would like you to use a picture here just like they did in photo 8. PHQ9 tool on one side and phq9 scores interpretation on one side. You can just find the picture of both PHQ9 tool and score interpretation and paste it on the slide
Score interpretation not showing well on the photo8 but look for something like the picture below

Role of primary care staff in PHQ-9 screening (If you can find another way to rephrase this it would be great)
Please see attached photo 10 to get an idea it has all the relevant information and pre/posttest questions answers. Please I like all the ideas on that picture and you can add also but please rephrase to avoid plagiarism
Important considerations or point of consideration
Please see attached photo 11 it has all the relevant information and please use all the content there.
You can add depression screening should be conducted at each wellness visit and if patient presents with symptoms suggestive of depression at any other visit it should also be conducted. This is part of the test question also and need to be somewhere.
The clinical problem is underdiagnosis of depression in adolescents and any key information you may think of can be put on this slide. For example, providers should not forget to review the screening and staff should be consistent conducting the screening tool. We can insert Providers has opportunity to bill for phq 9 screening to generate revenue.
