I accept that the Affordable Care Act (ACA) is a governmental health professional that works on improving the community’s financial limitations, commonly known as Obamacare. It offers a means for employers to use health benefits that allows Medicare or Medicaid to cover nearly anyone that is not insured by their workers (Adepoju et al., 2015). Crucially, the pre-existing conditions policy means that health providers will no longer reimburse the paid policies instantly for care. In addition, in order to campaign for patients to pursue affordable treatment, nurses are critical in upholding these guidelines. Consequently, by improving all courts and actively joining hands with federal legislators and policymakers to push for scheme reform, the American Nurses Association (ANA) firmly embraces the Affordable Care Act.

 With the ACA scheme, what affects me is the government’s mandate that all people acquire healthcare or face a fine.
